I brought a couple of important paper work to this shop, asking to mail FedEx overnight to Houston, they have to be in Houston overnight, otherwise I will face a heavy penalty, he printed the label, put everything into a FedEx enveloped and charged me $20 for an OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. I am not sure he made a mistake or wanted to rip me off on purpose! Next day, the office in Houston called me and asked me where is the package, I went to FedEx web site to track the package, it turned out that he put my package as Express Saver (3 Business days). He really screw me up BIG TIME! I am so mad !!!\t\nSo, the lessons learned is: never coming to this shop, always check the envelope and the label the correct services. ...read more
