contracted Kinkos to copy/bind & mail documents. They were given instructions to mail the 2 copies. However, they mailed the 2 copies AND the original that included the highlighted detail. Copy quality is fine. The disconnect is with following instructions. ...read more

I would like to take a moment to say thank you! My 3rd grade Girl Scout troop put together 9 boxes of care packages to ship to Whidbey Island (they are going on the military plane overseas for the soliders). We brought them in yesterday with the understanding they would arrive by friday (the plane leaves on saturday) and surprise! They arrived today!!! My brother in law, who is the one being shipped out was so grateful to get the boxes in time for his departure, knowing that the men and women in the service would be recieving care packages from the states. The guy came running, opened door from me and took my boxes. He offered me several choices and even mentioned that It was still okay to send ground service and saved me a bundle. He asked me how my day was going and if I needed any stamps or other packing materials. Will definitely go back. If you go there say hello to hunky Mike ! ...read more
