ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I emailed Brady's about the possibility of selling some vintage light fixtures. After initially indicating interest, they ignored me for the better part of 3 weeks as I continually tried to get them to respond. Finally, I got a response indicating that I was being ignored because they wanted me to put a price on the lighting. (Apparently they don't "make offers") I did this immediately and have been completely ignored ever since. If you appreciate common courtesy from someone you are looking to do business with, you do not want to do business with Brady's Distinctive Lighting. The only thing I found to be "distinctive" about them is their level of rudeness in treating me as if I did not even exist. ...read more

What a great experience! Jake was professional, informative and extremely nice. He appraised and cleaned my heirloom chandelier that once belonged to my grandmother.
