I recently took 3 brand new out of the box shirts and a pair of pants to this cleaners and they ruined all of them. Not only were the shirts and pants wrinkled, and the wrinkles starched in; but they ran their presses so hot that all three of my shirts were totally faded to almost white along the edges of the collars and cuffs.
