For 2 service calls in a row, ABA Appliance did not show up during their scheduled service call window of 4 hours. At the end of each 4 hour service call window I called them, and they made up some lame excuse as to why they did not show up. I had prepaid them for two AC/heater service call checks for the year and this was for the second service call of the year. When I requested refund of half of the prepaid amount, they indicated that they would refund me that amount as soon as possible. It is now 3 months later and, although I have called them 3 times over the last 3 months and they indicate it is scheduled for payment, I have yet to receive the refund. I'm wondering if they are just lying to me? In looking at Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and other review sites, apparently I'm not the only "customer" wronged by ABA Appliance. ...read more
