I spoke with a woman on the phone who claimed to be a manager. I was shocked at how little information she provided and rude she was on the phone. In this line of work I would think as a customer I could get a little better service as I was inquiring about a monument for a deceased relative. as a result of this terrible first impression I will absolutely be taking my business elsewher and it is there loss as I am planning on purchasing something eloborate. ...read more
