We were working with some first-time home buyers and they were contracted on a home, when they had the most unfortunate circumstance...an old collection popped up on their credit report. It wasn't really even that much, but that doesn't seem to matter. Their score fell below what they needed to qualify for their loan program. I started working with this company back in April.Blair came recommended to me from my mortgage broker. I was hesitant to reach out to Blair because I had a few past experiences that were not so pleasant so it was hard for me to trust that things would turn out like the picture that they paint for you when you first reach out to them. At first it seemed like this experience was going to turn out like all the other experiences but I quickly noticed results within the first 3 months. Towards the end I needed two negative items on my credit removed and one of the two items were from a debt collecting company called NCC (AKA the hardest collection agency to get to remove items) and Blair worked a miracle with this company to get them to delete all negative items from my credit report. There are a lot of so-called credit repair companies out there, but my Realtor at Remax would only recommend one, Upgrade My Credit. We are on our way to buying a house soon because of them. They do it right, according to the FCRA and other laws. Blair told us we could do it ourselves, but who has time?
