On 10/21/11, I returned a pair of work boots, W05094, to your mobile truck 29 in an attempt to exchange the size 9 1/2 for a size 10. Your man informed me he did not have a size 10 available at that time, He then told me he would have my boots the following friday. This friday, the 28th, I returned to exchange the boots as promised. He then informed me he didn't have any size 10's. The deadline for our getting work boots was today. I had no alternative but to select another style of boot, inferior to the ones I had, your Converse C3288. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I don't want, don't fit well, and inferior in quality to the ones I originally purchased.
