The management is racist, the homesite is VERY unsafe and unsecure. Have had our home broken into and several of our neighbors have had the same. Punk kids walk the streets after curfew vandalizing cars etc. Management wont do anything about it and neither will the corporate office. If you need a home DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM ANY ARC community!!! We pay $435 a month lot rent and get absolutely nothing...not even lawn maintenance! ...read more
