We are now on day 4 of not having ac. It has been 90 degree weather all week and we are miserable. I am very unhappy, and this is my last resort before I copy this into multiple review boards. I would like to be compensated for 4 days of misery caused by your apartment personal and the incompetence of your maintenance crew. I have lived with Sedona Springs apartments in Arlington, Tx since November of 2010, and have just renewed my lease the month become Lincoln Property Company acquired this complex. Please respond shortly, I want someone to hear me out and empathize with what I have been going though the last few days. Day 1 Call apartment personal at 9 O'clock in the morning and maintenance doesn't show up until 630 that evening. Called office at 11 o'clock and we get an answering service. basically we leave a message and they do nothing. called at 530 ( 8.5 hours in) talked with apartment manager.
