Location I am speaking of is 2357 S Collins St, Arlington, TX 76014 About two weeks ago I contacted Bankem Printing in order to have an order processed for an out of town show that I was due to perform at, but never received a call back even after the several calls I made to the organization. As of this day I still have no CD's and I am truly disappointed. I will no longer refer anyone to this company because this was the last straw for me especially after all the epic fails in the past. At the beginning all seem good, but as time went on and the more I use their service the worse it became. Bottom line is Bankem Printing LACKS professionalism, courtesy, compassion when it comes to customer service and, the list goes on and on!!! ...read more

My recent order was completely wrong: wrong colors, bad screen print overlays, etc. I reached out to Kenneth and Renee (the owners), and received an unnecessary and very scathing response. The artwork I submitted was a perfect match to the proof they provided. But the shirts I received were so terribly done that I asked Kenneth if he farmed out the work as I could not believe he would have ever approved the screens as they appeared on the shirts.
