I went into the Arlington TX location off of I-20 and had a very bad experience. I took my apple product to be repaired and they messed it up. I thought they were a licensed apple repair dealer and they are not. If you take any apple product to be repaired by them your warranty is void because they are a� third party vender�. My apple product was only a couple of months old and when it was returned to me it was damaged. They refused to repair it properly or replace my item. I am very disappointed with the service I received. They are crook�s.... I will never go back to any of their locations. They are a bunch of idiots. ...read more
