This Credit Union acts like they dont care about the customer. Everytime I go in there just to get somthing simple done like a money order, I haft to wait in line forever. There is only one person working most of the time. And you haft to wait at the front for minutes before they ever even know your there. ...read more

Called and asked for $27 amount in account to be mailed to me and then forgot about it. They did nothing until it hit 6 months later and they quickly assessed fees to gobble it up. No warning and nothing they will do for me.\t\nI won't use them again. ...read more

I pay them for 5 years -- on time I might add- for a car loan. At the end of the loan, I call their customer service to talk about the loan being paid off. I am at work. No paper billing statements, all paid online. But if I cannot furnish my customer number, they won't even consider talking to me. Egads! Don't they have other questions they can ask to verify my identity? Nope. Only the customer number and nothing else. I'll never BANK there that's for sure. ...read more
