Terrible. Lawyer and staff very rude. Very condescending. Ignores questions and emails, so you have to ask them over and over again, then charges you for each repeat email. Lawyer talks about herself- her accomplishments, jobs she should have gotten, while charging you $300. per hr for talking about herself. Numerous grammatical errors and mistakes on facts in all documents, requiring that they be re-done over and over again, and you are charged for all of it. Talks over clients- doesn't let you talk- she assumes she knows what you are going to say, gets it wrong, then runs with her incorrect assumptions.
