Took my corvette in for a trans fluid flush and ask that the certified corvette tech do the work. They said that was no problem . I find out later that a trainee did the work, leaving the trans 2 1/2 quarts low on fluid. Took the car back because if irratic shifting . Watched the certified tech put the 2 1/2 quarts back in and so did the service manager who was standing just to feet away. He never shook my hand, never introduced himself to me, never offered any kind of an apology for any inconvenience.this may have caused. During this week long ordeal , service manager Messer could not be reached by phone nor could general manager Huntley be reached. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. ...read more

This place is horrible. I bought a car here with all my savings and was told it was in great conditions. It cost me the book value. After driving it for a day it started squeaking so I took it to a trusted mechanic who told me the screeching couldn't be fixed because the car had recently been in a front end crash and it needed so much work that it would cost thousands more than the car was even worth (which was basically NOTHING), so now my family is stuck with no money (don't even have enough for a decent meal a day and we're in debt because we bought a car from this place that bought it wrecked at an auction and 5 days later put it for sale after fixing the body but only touching the engine enough to make it run. The mechanic said it shouldn't even be running with all the damage it has. It was mostly my fault for not checking it before buying, but these people honestly have no heart to sell something so awful for GREED. ...read more
