I have lived in the MH park right across the street for nearly 6 years. Both parks are owned by the same corporation. No street lights for security, trash all around the dumpsters instead of in them. The highest lot rent of all in Alvin and they don't even mow the lawn. The trailers are halfway decent but their maintainance of the park is very bad....practically non-existent. They hound you to keep up your lot space yet fail miserably to do their job. I am outta here. I will find a nicer place for almost half the cost. ...read more
