I had a very bad experience with American Auto Parts at Alamo, TX. Managers at that location have no customer service ethics they were very rudd and unable to give a solution to my problem. Employees are very careless they do not pay attention to what they are doing and causes extra cost to customers on their labor work rather than helping the customer out.
