These guys call up people with money with filing ANY state or Federal Investment approval to claim that they are have a deal you can make money on by investing in their companie(s) and will make you part of the energy solution. They claim an exempt status from filing which is a scam because, one.. they don't know you and two they claim you don't get a "security". Guess what... You sign away all your power of attorney to them and they spend your money as they want. So they've scammed you and you will spend a ton in court trying to get your investment back.
