Dropped our car off after a hail storm. The owner told my husband he was in network with our insurance(turns out he wasn't). Told my husband it would be about a month. Went back to check on it an they hadn't even started ( he claimed it was because even though they did an estimate they needed the original). So after he got that told my husband 3 weeks. Called to check in for him to tell us two more weeks. Called again for him to tell us that again. It has now been 3 months. Still no car. We've been waiting for paint for over a month. My insurance co. was very difficult to deal with after my accident, and so the people at Barrett were like a breath of fresh air. They were very nice and took care of me and my car as best as they could. ...read more
