Would not recommend Air-Tech. I had Brad Cook, owner of Fire & Ice Heating & Cooling come out to look at my a/c...he found a few things wrong with it but asked who installed and suggested I call them for warranty info. He went further and called himself and indeed all parts were still covered under Air-Tech. I called Air-Tech, they came out, quoted me, first a ridiculous price of $1100 but said he would call to see if he could get me a better deal. Then said $695 (remember, free parts under warranty!). I pd them $72.50 for about 20 minutes of his time and called Brad back. Brad was able to do all repairs with parts for about $130 cheaper, and 2 days sooner. SO, I got the work done cheaper & quicker without free warranty parts! HONESTY is the key! I would NEVER call Air-Tech again! If you want honesty call Brad @ 325-480-6121. ...read more
