This business is really internet/phone orders only. On the phone, they rush you. On the internet, well, their website is a mess. In store is the worst of all! Either way, you have to know what you want by stock number. Very difficult. In person, you will be rushed to the door after they have your money in hand and technical support/help is non-existant. Use the internet to your advantage. Returns and exchanges here are extremely difficult, if not impossible. Shop elsewhere.
