Searching for a place tho take my daughter for fitness, discipline and weight loss. She has Down Syndrome, many places will not accept her, and some that did...just wanted the money/tuition and totally ignored her.
She had been training for two years, along with myself who signed up gives months after her.
She has comer out of her she'll and bloomed like a flower. Being part of the afterschool program has gained her many friendships as well.
A good investment for anyone especially for Children's health, self control, discipline, self defense and self esteem.

Traditional Taekwon-do Center in Davie provides students with amazing opportunities for growth and development. The instructor, Nestor Cerda, has 20+ years experience teaching children and adults. His proven training methods help children reach their goals for strength, flexibility and self defense. He stresses the character traits of Courtesy, Integrity, Perserverance, Self Control, and Indomitable Spirit, ideals that will guide my children for the rest of their lives. My children have been training for four years with Master Cerda and they have grown in both mind and body. They ultimately want to earn their black belts, and I have no doubt that Master Cerda will guide them every step of the way. I have viewed many TKD centers in Broward County and none impress me as much as Traditional Taekwon-do.

My two daughters are going to this afterschool program for this school year and they really love it. They have become stronger, more confident and more respectful for doing this program. They hope to become black belts someday.
