DON'T use them! I needed new water line to keep old black pipe from busting. They give me verbal est. for replacing all black pipe. When asked about an additional estimate for sand bedding they just delivered sand & incurred debt for me without permission - an additional $1,000 +. They began DIGGING without permission. This after they were not authorized to do ANY work without my go ahead when I got funding in place. The owner basically says she's sorry but her guy told her I wanted sand. LIARS! She authorized digging without my permission because she didn’t want ground freeze. They charged + for regulator that was included in first bid. They charged a day labor for standing around watching the city put in a new meter (the old one was leaking) with no auth. They left a mess. They didn’t smooth the ground in my neighbor’s yard; my yard; they placed the outdoor spigot in the wrong place; killed my lilac bush by running over it. Pipe sticking out of ground.
