Stewart sold me an Apple iPhone as new. Phone did not work. tried to activate, Stewart said to contact Verizon. Verizon said phone was water damaged and charged me $299 to replace a 3 day old phone. Stewart says it is not his problem since he has an invoice that says the phone is new. I may be out over $300 because he sold a water damaged phone as new and was belligerent when asked to correct the problem. Customers be ware when dealing with this business. I have reported a formal complaint to Verizon and will contact the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Division first thing Monday. Legal action WILL follow. ...read more
