MY WIFE CALLED EACH DAY FOR THE PAST FOUR DAYS. EACH TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL BE COMING OUT, AND THAT THEY WILL CALL PRIOR TO COMING... THEY NEVER CALL!!! These guys are AMAZING! Landlord had almost decided not to replace our deceased central unit and was talking about a window unit. This was just one of several estimates he was getting - at 8:00 am, we got the estimate, at 9:00 am the crew arrived, at NOON we were up and running with a brand new central unit. I can't say enough good things about this business. Everyone was courteous and professional, their price must have been phenominal, and the coordination of the process was remarkable.
