I have used this store for 6 years now for packing and shipping UPS, since I moved to Nashville from Charlotte. Professional and friendly, they always have a smile on their face & provide great service. Some of their box pricing is somewhat high, but if it is fragile I always take it to these guys. I travel over a 5 state area for business and frequently visit Fedex Kinkos locations throughout the 5 states. I live in Nashville, and am forced to use this location frequently. Overall experience at most Kinko locations is an A+, but this seems to get worse with every visit, and I would give it a generous D-. Overall extremely busy, understaffed, frequently does not have orders ready when promised, and more often than not, the employees do not seem to be concerned with any of these issues. I work on West End, so I use them a lot. They have always gone above and beyond to give fast and professional service. On my first week on the job when I was clueless, I was handed a flash drive and simply told that "they (Kinkos) would know what to do". They did. \t\n\t\nOnly once was there an error in a print job and it was immediately redone. An another time, an online order was ready for pickup. They printed it while I waited.
