I'm not exactly sure why these guys have such bad reviews on this website... They came highly recommended to me by the restaurant next door to my new store. My salesman was so helpful and made sure I was completely informed throughout the whole process (because there are a lot of moving parts that I had not even thought of). **ALERT**\t\nTHIS COMPANY WAS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER A MATTRESS SET TO ME AND THE LADY THAT OWNS THE COMPANY MISCOMMUNICATED WITH ANOTHER WORKER AND MESSED UP MY DELIVERY AND THEN BLAMED IT ON MY AND IMPLIED I WAS LYING!! Over priced! There work sucks! Took forever to get my sign. After I got my sign it went out within 3 months. I called and tried to talk to Joslin and after they took my money for the sign I was no more then a number and they never fixed my sign after waiting months. I ended up calling around town and found a GREAT sign company called AUSTIN PRODUCTS INC. Larry at Austin helped me with all my needs. Fixed my sign and because he was so helpfull I decided to have a new sign made and it was made right and very nice. His design was wonderful and just what I wanted.
