I never thought Hollywood Tans prices were high. In fact, I left a previous tanning salon to come to Hollywood Tans solely for their great prices. However, I didn't know that cancelling my membership there would cost me 2 additional months of fees that they seem to think is owed to them. I was fully made aware of their policy about calling by the 25th of the month to cancel or you'd be charged for the next month. So when I called on July 27th, I fully expected to be charged for August. I was ok with that and even told the young girl I understood. I did NOT expect to open up my statement in September only to find that they had taken out another monthly fee. So I called and the young girl said "Yeah, you haven't been in here since June, but it doesn't show you have cancelled." I was livid, but she assured me she would take care of it and have a manager call me, but I heard her say "I'm cancelling your account now." So I was polite and said ok, got a call from a GIRL 2 days later as opposed to immediately who was NOT a manager and that just ticked me off. So imagine my surprise now that October has rolled around and what do you know? I have been charged ANOTHER monthly fee even though my account has supposedly been cancelled. I was too nice before so now if it doesn't get resolved, you fellow tanners might not have a place to tan because you don't mess with someone's money. Especially when they feel like they have been taken advantage of. Friendly service with an amazing looking salon. I got a tan faster than I ever had at a salon without burning! I tested a few salons that were higher in price and products. I would say stay away from this place if it was still open @ Nashville West.... I bought a 1 month super bed package for around $70 and tanned that day then a couple days later i go back to find that they closed up shop with a letter on the door with a e-mail address to contact them about any ramaining tanning packages. 6 weeks later and multiple e-mails still no reply.. w..a..i..t..i..n...g... ...read more
