I did not know about the $10.00 per person entrance fee to have lunch! Lunch was wonderful, as was dessert. We had the best waiter EVER!!!! Wonderful gift shop upstairs and I just loved everything they had! With the Cheekwood reputation however, I was not expecting The Pineapple Room to be in a 1970's style...what I typically call an eyesore. I would be much more impressed should it be architecturally similar as the mansion, or of the time period. And what I thought about the mansion and tour. I learned about this store just a few miles from my Vanderbilt Apt from the Nov 06 issue of this national magazine.
