In the last couple years, we have buried 5 close family members. I simply cannot imagine a more caring and honest funeral home than Phillips Robinson. The first death was twin sons, one at birth and one 8 days later. The employee at Phillps Robinson called us after picking up each baby and assured us they would take care of them as if they were their own and they would never be left alone. A nightmare of a time in loosing a child/children was made much more comforting by the caring people at Phillips Robinson. We then lost my motherinlaw and elderly aunt along with an elderly handicapped family member. In each death, Phillips Robinson could not have been more honest, caring and sensitive to our emotional needs as well as our financial. I like the fact that Phillips Robinson is a family owned business and they care about families. They treat each deceased loved one as if they were their very own. This is my mother and she is in Hospice Allive now and I remember her telling me she had her funeral taken care of maybe 2-to 6 years ago and I know she has a burial site at Woodlawn Funeral Home but I can't find any papers but she showed me a casket her perferance of color etc. and I'm hoping you can tell me if you have her set up there. ...read more

The loss if a child is a very hard time for a Mother. Phillips Robinson made this tragic event even worse. If your not looking to spend thousands of dollars you become a third class customer. I can't think of any business at anytime where I have been treated so poorly. If there is comfort in being lied to every step of the way then they top the charts in that aspect. Thier innitial meeting is great, once they found out I was a single parent on a limited budget then I no longer mattered. I was tossed around like trash they just wanted to get rid of. The representative I initially spoke with became unavailable after the first visit and noone could answer questions without the run around. We did continue to have the serivce through them but I would never reccomend them to anyone. This company is MONEY orientated; NOT customer satisfaction oreintated. ...read more
