The owner of this co. has no idea what she is doing!! And does not have qualified and trained professionals but she will tell you she does. My mother came home for the last 48 hrs of her life from hospice to die in her room and she sent around the clock workers that had no idea that my mother was "actively dying". I thought I was in the twilight zone! One of the workers almost dropped my mother because she was not trained in how to transfer a patient who could not walk weight. She almost dropped my dying mother on the floor. One of the workers told me that morning that she wanted to get my mother up and walk her around and take her outside for some fresh air. When I asked her if she knew my mother was dying she asked me if I was sure? I thought I was going to loose my mind. Then all through my mothers funeral she kept calling me for a check, couldn't wait until after the funeral to be paid. I would highly recommend not using company. ...read more

The owner of this co. has no idea what she is doing. My mother came home from Hospice to die in her bedroom. We hired them to assist with my mother's care taking and she did not send qualified people. (1) The had no idea my mother came home to die and were saying things like let's get her up and take her outside for fresh air. (2) The almost dropped her when she asked to go to the bathroom. You have to have special training to transfer a elderly persons weight so you do not drop them and lucky there was someone in the house to help before my mother hit the ground and teach them what to do. I could go on and on but I would NEVER recommend this company ever. It's hard enough watching a loved one die without feeling like you're in the looney bin because the care takers were not properly prepped about the situation. The memories are permanent let me tell you, don't use them! ...read more
