Very cool guys and great work. I had a very hard time finding a reputable automotive machine shop in Nashville until a friend recommended them and I'm very glad he did. Bo Shacklett another lousey excuse for a small business man. Took my twin 454s out of boat for a rebuild. I called around and talked to Bo Shacklett of Shackletts Automotive. He told me he would go thru the motors, pressure check the heads and check the block. Replace what ever need to be replace and reassemble to good as new. Yeah right. Now here I as with only 30 hours on my motors and theres a cracked head. Upon looking at the head it is very plain to see this crack has been there a long time. Lots of corrosion and deterioration. Way more then just thiry hours of use. Well upon initial conversation with Bo he told me he stands by his work and woiuld get me head for my motor. I called one day to find out when the head would be ready so the mechanic can get me on his schedule. Well Bo went nuts on my and told me hes not helping me.
