BP West End Service Center and Tire Store

5.0

By jennuin at Citysearch

I ordered tires online for the first time through TireBuyer and based on reviews of the top 5 installers nearby, I chose the BP on West End in Nashville. The tire installation side of the BP station is family owned and I met the Simpsons' brother/sister team of 3rd generation owners - awesome down to earth people!\t\n\t\nAfter ordering the tires online, they showed up at the BP location within 2 DAYS - and that's without upgrading their free shipping to any sort of expediting! I made an appointment for first thing the next morning and they made sure my whole experience was personable and just naturally gave great customer service. I live in Brentwood and drove out of my way to have my tires installed here and it's TOTALLY worth it. I didn't want to show up at a larger, more chain-like outfit that would treat me like a number and try to upsell me or make me feel uncomfortable - especially since I'm a single female. Ladies - unfortunately you know how it is sometimes.\t\n\t\nThe owner helped to install the tires himself and even drove my car to the front door when they were done. I chatted with the Simpsons for a few minutes and got to know the kind of people they are. Professional, friendly, personable and efficient. I promised I would write up a great review for them - it's the least I could do :)\t\n\t\nGet on Facebook and find them by looking up "SimpsonsServiceCenter" ...read more
