I called the mechanic working there and told him my problem and asked him if they could work on my cycle. Told him the make, model etc. and he told me to bring it in. I loaded it up on my trailer and hauled it to them and they wouldn't even LOOK AT IT!!! This company knows nothing about Chinese products. I would stay away from them. Very unprofessional, has taken weeks to get fixed, never got fixed because we picked it up because they couldnt get their stories straight. Liars!!!!! Going to take it to someone else to have fixed, please dont fall victim to them like we did, my son still has not gotten his birthday gift because of them!!! ...read more

i took my scooter to bc for miner repares when i picked it up the scooter was not fixed i went back and he sent me to another shop the problem still wasnt fixed at that point i spent almost $200 he didnt help i do not recomend BC Moters. he does not do his own work go at your own risk lol ...read more
