Never had a problem with the center in the baby room. The toddler room is where my problem was. My child was bit 5 times and minimal effort was made to correct the issue and only after I expressed my opinions/concern on the issue. The last two times he was bit the staff had no idea it had happened until I brought it to their attention. Video tapes were "reviewed" but nothing ever came of that either. ...read more

Happy Parent My kids go here and they absolutely love it as much as I do. I have never experienced any of the things this person has said. I brought one of my kids there with me when we first did our intial tour of this facility and he did not want to leave the place. That was the first sign that I had that showed me it is a good place. And believe me my kids don't usually leave my side when we go to any new place. The staff has been very warm welcoming and made me feel like I was part of one big happy family.
