We are in the process of moving to Nashville, TN and have been appalled at the lack of availability of temporary living facilities at a REASONABLE cost. Went to this company and finally reserved something. Visited there and spoke with them personally. It was supposed to be $85/day + taxes. Expensive (when you consider over 60 days!) but was our only choice. The apt was still be occupied but was to be vacant by the tie my husband got there. Left Nashville, returned home and rec'd the lease agreement via e-mail. It was $129/day + taxes!!!! Called and asked what happened. "oh, sorry, we rented that one." Really??? He was right there talking to you and said he'd take it. Now we're stuck for something more expensive or we have nothing. What a bait and switch and we will be out as soon as possible. 1) The owners speak very little English, and mainly rent to smelly Mexican families.2) Beer bottles EVERYWHERE!3) They have cameras, but I highly doubt they use them. 4) The woman in the office (the owners wife) was hardly ever there.5) The laundry rooms were always filthy. I nearly moved in to this dump had it not been fr the fact that a 2 months notice wasn't long enough for the staff to get the apartment livable. While I waited on a Friday afternoon in late Sept. 20012, one of the staff members denied my wife and I an advertised move-in promotional rate...seriously, you would need a good deal to consider this dump!
