Jane Blount is Universal Travel, I paid in full for a trip to Hawaii. 1 week prior to departure,Jane switched Travel Companies and said we would get a free upgrade in Hotel. We received a downgrade from 4 star to 2.5 star and she billed an additional $4643 on my CC while on vacation. She will not answer phone,e-mail,or text now and the booking agency that I stopped payment on is now looking for her as well. What she has done is criminal and I am going after her.
