I transferred out of state in 2007 in which I told my landlord. Before I knew it Mr. Sellers has been tracking me like a felon. Well i have no way to Tennessee and dont plan on going to or thru Tennessee ever again. I owe a $1000 to marketing management. Well my credit rating is 513. I owe $250,000 to date, I drive A $2600 car which I owe $7200 on and going through bankruptcy court now. Only thing I own is clothes which were hand me downs and my health is getting worse. He said there going to put a civil contempt on me. I talked to the county attorney and Sherrif and they both said laughing thats Tn problem they dont got time for civil issues. Well Mr. Ewing I know your doing your job but I have nothing to give!! I dont even have a home. Sorry you wasted your time and money but this 48 year old man dont have nothing to give. write it iff on profit loss which Im sure marketing management already did. My attorney friend said once my bankruptcy is final no one can collect past debts only new. I would never be a debt collector lawyer! Too many broke people. I HAVE NO JOB NO HONE AND NO NOTHING.
