I had some issues with the installation of a one year old fence I had professionally installed by another local company regarding the property line. I called Hooper Fence and they were very helpful. They sent out a crew with short notice that same weekend to help me resolve the issue. Mike was very professional and completed the task in a timely manor, with attention to detail. My wife and I were so excited when we first hired Ron to do our lawn landscaping and flower bed. But after an entire summer of excuses and delays that made our lawn worse than when we started (completed killed the yard and left it that way), we finally asked for a refund. Worst of all, he promised our money back after we paid for his preliminary work and materials (seed, plants, etc..) that were never delivered and still have yet to receive it. A major disappointment.
