The manager/owner was friendly and accomodating when we were making the purchase but after the sale was rude and condescending. We were hoping that a small family business would be easier to deal with but that is not the case with this store. Will definitely shop elsewhere next time. ...read more

I did alot of shopping before I picked my new mattress. Mattress Gallery Direct was by far the best store I visited. All the others places seemed to have more of used car lot atmosphere. I have had my new mattress for over 2 months and it has made a massive difference in my over all health.
