My husband and I purchased a laptop from this location and have regreted it from the day we bought it. Nothing was wrong with the laptop but we sent it in to the warranty company to get cleaned, and without contacting us they destroyed the laptop deeming it unrepairable. What? We sent it in to get CLEANED!!! When we contacted the store, warranty company and corporate after not hearing from anyone for 6 weeks, no one knew what was going on or had any answers. The staff at this location was very rude, the staff at the warranty company was incompetent. And corporate just didn't care. We have learned our lesson and will stick with Best Buy, never have had problems with that company. ...read more
