This company is terrible. I loaded with them two loads from NC-TX back on July, it is now Nov and I have not received payment for the loads we hauled for them. The lady, LouAnn, is in charge of accounts payable and she assured the check was mailed on Oct 7th (of course, it was a lie). I have left infinite messages with one of the dispatchers and she NEVER calls back. I have even hold on the line when they tell me she's there and she just ignores it. She has no idea how to run a business. She is usually always out of the office, and when she's in, she is "busy". Its ridiculous. Do NOT load with this company. Scott the store mgr has a problem communicating with public. do not honor or stand behind warranty on products. will not shop there again. would rather drive to best buy. EXELLENT place to shop. ...read more
