I purchased a clearance range from this store and received an email confirmation. As I was arraigning the pickup, the guy tells me that the range I ordered is no longer available and directs me to the store manager. The manager acts as if Iâm wasting his time. No apologies just âwe donât have the range and you will not be chargedâ. Two weeks later I get a call from the store saying that my range is at merchandise pick up. My AMEX bill arrives and I was charged $1240.00. After spending half my morning on the phone I get through to the same store manager âDanâ. He tells me he does not know why I was charged or called if the range was not there but he will issue a refund and there is nothing more he can do for me. I ended up buying the same range at another store at full price paying $1000.00 more.
