Was required by an insurance company to use M&M for a rear panel on my car damaged by their client. M&M's estimate was twice as high as the shop (previous good experience) I would have preferred to use (had gotten an estimate from the other shop before I found I had to use M&M). M&M also managed to leave a drip of paint on my hood -I can't quite figure that out since it was a rear panel being repaired. I handwash this car myself and I know for certain that paint drip wasn't there before.\t\n\t\nThe repair was satisfactory, timely finished & paint looks good, but think the panel could have been lined up better when they put it back on (there's a small gap) but the kid returning my car just shrugged it off and was only interested in getting me to sign off on it so they could collect their money -no one else was available to talk to about the panel or the drip. ...read more

Had a bumper painted by Parker's, on my used '06 Altima, because the whole thing began peeling badly (assume from a previous repair) less than a month after I bought it. Parker's did an excellent job. It was completed when they said it would be and their estimate was very reasonable. (It was considerably less than I'd been quoted from a shop the Nissan dealership sent me to originally -that estimate was outrageously high). \t\n\t\nIt's been 2 years since it was done and absolutely no paint problems with the bumper.
