Dropped off (2) Fed Ex Express (critical) packages for Saturday pickup and Monday delivery, but because Fed Ex was running late and it was Valentines day the owner did not want to wait on FedEx NOR did he call and let me know,since he assumed neither location was going to be open on Monday (presidents day) even though I verified they were going to be open he just took them to the closest drop off box for Monday pick up. The computer tech at Neighborhood Business Center comes off as uneducated in this line of work. I had asked him questions about a repair and he could never give me a straight answer. I felt as tho he was out to take me for my money. I honestly do not believe he is very intelligent in computer repair. I would not recommend this place to NO ONE!! ...read more
