I went into Wendy's downtown Memphis, to use the restroom, due to a condition I have. I was in the restroom no more than 10 minutes, I went outside and my car was gone. I contacted the towing service who told me it was $155 CASH to get my car back, which he said was on the other side of town. I could see my car going down the street on the wrecker. The guys at the towing company were very rude and had no customer service, to be collecting monies for an unauthorized towing. This company gets NO STARS...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! ...read more

I wanted to put 0 stars. This business is running a racket with at least one property owner in Memphis. I parked at Yum's on Poplar to get lunch and walked away from my vehicle because I was on a personal phone call on my cell phone. I might have been gone 25 minutes and walked maybe a block while talking. When I returned, they had towed my vehicle and charged me $165.00, $30.00 for storage.
