One may think, it’s merely just an exchange of money and services.WRONG! When you are building a relationship, you are establishing trust, integrity, character, strong networking traits and so much more. When the initial point of contact is made a show of approval is in order to reach the next point. For example, you maybe very knowledgeable about the product or service, along with that to die for smile, not to mention wearing that wonderful pin strip suit or the bright orange stilettos and matching jacket. In addition, to expressing all the selling points to the consumer and really following through with what your services or products claim to do. You are moving closer to sealing theDEAL! It ’s a wonderful concept when these things are accomplished because it sends a message that you are creditable. With credibility comes more work and more work equates to more income. Be willing to answer questions to bring clarity to your potential clients. If they asking, then they are thinking! I have seen so many folks lose out because, they are impatient and not understanding how to send the message to the client that you are so important. Relationship- 1.means being related, connection, association 2. a connection based on personal, business, political or other contacts KEY WORDS PEOPLE:related, connection, association If the consumer can’t relate to you why should they spend money with you over a duration. I don’t know about you all but when I pay tuition for my son I must have aCONNECTION;otherwise it’s not going to last very long. Get to know your clients’ special dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries of business, milestones,favorite vacations spots, remember names, faces of their employees, communicating with clients just because, to see how things are going….not asking for anything but also offering to help them.
