This place is closed because the local government closed it up due to constant flooding and management took advantage of poor people by not letting them move their mobile homes before the great flood of 2011 came. Basically they suck! They also own allentown mobile home park and they rip off poor mexican families there also. ...read more

Of all the communities in Shelby County, this is the one you want t live in. It is impecably neat, and clean, security with individual mailboxes, remote control gates and tornado shelters. Security and safety appears to be their number one concern. The idea that everyone owns their home and their are no illegals. This community is in a league of their own.
