If you are considering buying a home that was constructed by Johnny Coleman builders please stop and really reconsider. There work is substandard at best. Yuo are really going to want to do several walk throughs before you sign the final papers if you do buy. I bought in 2007 and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. I am going to have to hire someone to come in and sand all my walls and repaint. The carpeting gets magical stains without even spilling or walking on it. Heck my mailbox lid even fell off. It is going to cost me a lot of money to get it up do a decent standard and it's not like I paid 80,000 for the home it was in the 160,000. ...read more
