Me, and Husband and, family is trying to seek justices in my son Steven sentence, Steven was tried by a all (White Jury), not a jury of his piers but a all women jury expect for about 2 men and they was older women, Steven is 27 now, but when he got sentenced he was 25, my questions how can a (BLACK MAN) receive 16 years at 100% for being in possession of less then 5 grams of cocaine,with out any prior felonies or a criminal record?
